Job summary

RS Integrated Supply is seeking an on-site storeroom associate for their logistics team. The role focuses on receiving, stocking, issuing, and inventory accuracy, with strong emphasis on customer service and client interaction.

You will work in a fast-paced environment handling stock, cycle counts, and data entry in ERP systems, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety. The shift is Wednesday to Sunday, 10pm–8am.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and phone skills.
• Basic computer proficiency — Windows, MS Office, Inventory Management Systems.
• Ability to learn and demonstrate proficiency in part identification.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Detail oriented and well-organized.
• Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem analysis and resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow all site Safety and Security Procedures; perform tasks safely and report unsafe conditions.
• Provide professional customer service to internal and external customers; report concerns to supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOPs.
• Unpack received material; verify against packing slip and PO; enter data into ERP system.
• Issue materials to client; pull, stage and kit material as required.
• Store received material in proper locations; tag, repack, deliver as needed.
• Process returns for unused material per SOP.
• Prepare material for vendor return and parts for repair per SOPs.
• Perform cycle counts and report stock discrepancies to Manager/Buyer.
