InterChange Group, Inc. in Harrisonburg, VA seeks a Night-Shift Customer Experience Account Specialist to manage inbound/outbound shipments and act as a liaison between Operations and customers.

You will communicate with customers and drivers, enter data in the WMS, generate orders, monitor inventory, and support billing and invoicing activities as part of the Customer Experience team.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years with an enterprise-level software package.
• Minimum three years of Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with electronic data interchange (EDI) is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Regularly communicate with and respond to customer calls and emails.
• Receive material and generate/process orders in the WMS.
• Verify inventory on-hand and notify customers of shortages.
• Assist with billing reconciliation and invoicing.
• Serve as liaison between Operations and the customer.
