Job summary

Sheetz is seeking an Assistant Manager of Hospitality to oversee customer-focused operations across our stores. You will back up the Store Manager, lead the team, and ensure hospitality standards and total customer focus are achieved in inventory, promotion, service and sales.

This role offers leadership opportunities, with quarterly bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and growth potential. A 10pm–6am shift includes an extra $1.50/hr differential, alongside full PTO and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two-year degree in a business related field preferred.
• Successful completion of certification testing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Back-up the Store Manager with recruitment, selection, training and performance management of staff.
• Have a say in staff scheduling and shift coverage.
• Handle customer questions, complaints and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with Sheetz policies and programs by the team.
• Coordinate responses from customer service channels, QA audits and surveys.
• Maintain hospitality standards and customer experience across all store areas.
• Oversee end-of-day tasks to ensure nothing is skipped.
• Ensure shelves are stocked with proper placement, pricing and restocking.
• Support profit management through shrink, stock audits and vendor coordination.
