Job summary

Sheetz is hiring a Supervisor to lead store teams and deliver hospitality-driven service. You’ll greet customers, prepare quality food and beverages to spec, and coach teammates to work efficiently.

The role emphasizes maintaining stock, merchandising, cleanliness, and safety. Night shifts qualify for an additional $1.50/hr for 10pm–6am and offer growth opportunities within a fast-paced, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multi-task, bend, stand, reach, and lift up to 20 pounds; assist others to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years or older; VA requires Supervisor to be 21 for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare food and beverages to exact specifications in a safe, fast, friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach teammates to prioritize tasks and perform as a team.
• Monitor in-store products to ensure they are stocked and merchandised properly.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized.
