Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC is seeking a 2nd shift Corrugator Supervisor for its Spartanburg, SC corrugated box plant. This role includes leading safety initiatives, coaching staff, and ensuring production quality. The shift runs Monday-Friday from 11pm to 7am with some weekend work required.

A candidate with supervisory experience in manufacturing and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field will be preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, retirement, and more.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety excellence through employee involvement.
• Provide leadership on the operating floor.
• Coach and develop operations personnel.
• Minimize waste at machine centers.
• Interact with employees to ensure quality production.
• Identify repairs needed at machine centers.
• Track continuous improvement opportunities.
• Plan and assign work for production employees.
