Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a 2nd Shift Corrugator Supervisor to lead safe and efficient production on the corrugator line. You will monitor KPI targets, supervise a team, and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime while ensuring quality on every order.

This role requires 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with AS/400 and planning software. Candidates should be able to work any shift and report daily to plant leadership.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent production background.
