Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC in Cleveland, TN is hiring a 3rd shift Corrugator Supervisor to lead a fast-paced corrugated operation from 11 pm to 7 am, Monday through Friday. This role combines hands-on leadership with change leadership, focusing on safety, quality, and teamwork, coaching both seasoned professionals and newer team members.

Qualifications

Supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, or military environments.
Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer (visa sponsorship not required).

Responsibilities

Drive safety excellence by promoting involvement and accountability and investigating incidents.
Provide leadership on the operating floor to ensure safety, health, environment and quality.
Coach and develop operations personnel in safety, quality, production, and communication skills.
Minimize waste and ensure best practices at machine centers.
Address issues and coordinate with other departments to ensure on-time quality production.
Plan, assign and direct work for hourly staff; assess performance and provide feedback.
Identify repairs needed at machine centers and create work requests.
Track continuous improvement opportunities and lead gap-closure actions.
