Responsibilities

• Lead an operating team in safety, health, environmental, and quality.
• Foster a PBM-based culture.
• Drive safety excellence through employee involvement and accountability.
• Coach and develop operations personnel in safety, quality, and production.
• Ensure best practices to minimize waste at machine centers.
• Address issues and collaborate with other departments to ensure on-time quality production.
• Plan, assign and direct work for all hourly production employees; provide feedback and resolve complaints.
