Job summary

Pratt - Jet Corr, Inc. in Springfield, OH is seeking a 3rd Shift Corrugator Lead to supervise the corrugator team and ensure production meets quality and efficiency targets. The role requires leadership, problem solving, and strong safety standards on the factory floor.

You will monitor performance, coordinate with maintenance, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining a positive, productive work environment. Wage rate is based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior corrugated industry experience essential.
• Good work history required.
• At least 6 months of experience on the dry end of the corrugator, and/or Doublebacker Operator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor production to meet quality, efficiency, and output targets.
• Proactively identify and address quality concerns and report issues to supervision.
• Manage inventories of rollstock and corrugator supplies.
• Assist with training and development of corrugator employees; promote cross-training.
• Foster a high-morale department with fairness and confidentiality in employee matters.
• Coordinate with Corrugator Supervisor and maintenance on repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Keep supervisors informed of problems affecting performance.
• Ensure smooth shift handoffs and adherence to policies.
