Job summary

WestRock Company in Lancaster, PA seeks a Production Supervisor for the Corrugator on 3rd shift to oversee day-to-day operations, coach operators, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency. You will lead continuous improvement, coordinate with other departments, and manage data entry for KPI monitoring.

Experience in manufacturing, corrugated environments, and Lean practices is preferred. Bachelor's degree is a plus, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and results.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of related experience
• Manufacturing experience and corrugated supervisory experience preferred
• Lean environment experience preferred; Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred
• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day shift operations with emphasis on safety, quality, delivery and cost
• Act as first point of contact for operators regarding mechanical failures or production issues
• Coordinate production activities with other departments to meet goals
• Monitor production to meet schedules and reduce waste
• Input production data to measure KPIs around efficiencies and downtime
• Direct maintenance staff to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance
• Ensure adherence to plant safety regulations and customer commitments
