Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a 3rd Shift Corrugator Lead to oversee the corrugator department, lead a shift, maintain production standards, and support a safe, efficient work environment. The role requires prior corrugated industry experience and a strong focus on quality and teamwork.

You will monitor production, coordinate with supervisors and maintenance, and participate in training to enhance skills while ensuring policies and procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous corrugated industry experience is essential.
• Six months of experience on the dry end of the corrugator or as a Doublebacker Operator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor production to meet quality, efficiency and output goals, communicating standards to the team.
• Identify quality issues and report to Supervisors; help define quality guidelines and adjust production as needed.
• Manage inventories of rollstock and corrugator supplies to minimize downtime.
• Assist with training and development; promote cross-training to expand team skills.
• Foster a positive department culture with fairness and confidentiality in employee matters.
