Job summary

Kruger Inc. Elizabethtown plant is seeking a Corrugator Supervisor to lead daily production, ensure safety and quality, and meet production targets. You will manage shift personnel, supervise equipment, and drive continuous improvement in the corrugator department.

You will coordinate with scheduling, train employees, monitor downtime and waste, and uphold GMP and health and safety standards while delivering reliable manufacturing performance.

Qualifications

• Required: High School diploma or GED with equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Post-secondary degree in technical field or any operational related experience
• 3-5 years in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry
• Corrugated industry experience preferred
• Must be able to work high temperature & humidity conditions while wearing PPE
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan and manage shift schedules to meet production goals and maintain quality.
• Schedule work, coordinate production activities, oversee employees, approve time records, reinforce company policy.
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace and ensure health and safety procedures are followed.
• Conduct employee training on equipment, protocols, standards, and waste control.
• Perform quality control tests and verify job quality; liaise on customer complaints.
• Supervise corrugator operations, troubleshoot slowdowns, and drive process improvements.
• Plan, direct and evaluate all production activities at the corrugator level.
