Responsibilities

• Production & Quality: Maintain and communicate quality, efficiency, and production levels. Report quality concerns and assist in setting guidelines.
• Employee Relations: Establish high morale, fairness, consistency, and interest in employee problems; enforce corrective actions and conduct weekly production/safety meetings.
• Operations: Maintain inventory of sheets, inks, and other supplies; coordinate with Maintenance Superintendent for repairs and preventive maintenance; keep upper management informed of departmental issues.
• Compliance & Development: Implement and support company policies, safety programs, and good housekeeping; comply with all policies and pursue further training.
