Pratt Industries in Carlisle, PA is seeking a Corrugating Supervisor for our 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 11 PM–7 AM) to lead about 12 operators and ensure the production of high‑quality board in a safe, efficient manner with minimal waste.

You will cross-train staff, enforce policies, coordinate with the Corrugator Superintendent and Maintenance Manager, and lead weekly Production/Safety meetings. This role rewards strong leadership, time management, coaching, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to lead a 12-person shift.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality, efficiency, and production levels per management standards.
• Report quality concerns and assist in defining guidelines.
• Coordinate with maintenance for repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Lead weekly Production/Safety meetings and enforce housekeeping.
• Train staff and document performance; resolve issues and conflicts.
• Drive continuous improvement and communicate shift changes.
