Pratt Industries, Inc. is seeking a Corrugating Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Sunday through Thursday, 11 PM–7 AM) to oversee a team of about 12 employees in producing quality board safely and efficiently.

The role demands strong leadership, training, and adherence to production standards, with a yearly salary of $85,000. Responsibilities include directing daily operations, coordinating with maintenance and supervision, and driving continuous improvement while upholding safety and housekeeping

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• At least two years supervisory experience.
• Experience in corrugated manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all employees in the department and ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Train staff, plan and direct work, and evaluate performance.
• Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts as needed.
