Qualifications

• Two years of prior supervisory experience.
• Preferred: Prior work experience in the corrugated industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 40 employees to maintain quality, safety, efficiency, and productivity while minimizing waste.
• Lead and participate in weekly production and safety meetings, communicate across shifts, and enforce corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory of sheets, inks, and supplies; coordinate with Maintenance for repairs and preventive maintenance; keep upper management informed.
• Implement and support company policies, safety programs, and good housekeeping; pursue ongoing development through seminars and courses.
• Additional duties may be assigned.
