Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA Construction Standards (29 CFR 1926).
• 10+ years of progressively responsible construction safety experience.
• Ability to work night shift independently.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily safety inspections of active construction areas.
• Verify OSHA and project safety plan compliance.
• Monitor AHAs/JHAs and Safe Work Plans.
• Identify unsafe conditions and implement corrective actions.
• Stop work in imminent danger situations.
• Prepare daily safety reports and maintain compliance documentation.
• Participate in investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Coach and mentor project personnel on safety.
