Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services, LLC seeks a Night Shift Safety Manager to lead safety on a major project. You will supervise safety efforts, preplan contractor activities for safe execution, and ensure compliance with safety plans and submittals.

You will maintain safety documentation, conduct inspections, analyze trends, and drive coaching of the project team in hazard identification and corrective actions. A strong safety background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety Management or Engineering.
• 4+ years of construction safety management experience.
• BCSP credential required.
• Certified and authorized instructor by GU and OSHA to teach safety courses.

Responsibilities

• Supports all safety efforts on the project and promotes a safety culture.
• Preplans contractor activities for safety through scope reviews and meetings.
• Ensures contractor safety submittals meet requirements.
• Maintains all safety documentation and surveillance records.
• Performs SafetyNet inspections and compiles trending reports.
• Investigates accidents/near misses and completes required paperwork.
• Trains project teams on safety requirements and procedures.
• Manages direct reports and aligns performance with company standards.
