You will lead incident prevention, inspections, training, and hazard analysis while coordinating with engineering and management to eliminate hazards and protect workers.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of fall protection systems and electrical safety.
• Experience leading safety programs on large construction sites.
• Ability to conduct incident investigations and write clear reports.
• Proven ability to train and coach field teams on safety.

Responsibilities

• Apply construction safety standards and regulations on site.
• Work with project management and field supervision to ensure safety.
• Inspect site, equipment, and practices to prevent injuries.
• Lead Toolbox Talks and site-specific safety training.
• Develop job hazard analyses for new work processes.
• Investigate incidents and determine root causes.
• Coordinate with specialists on process changes to reduce risk.
