Job summary

Next 150 Construction is seeking a Night Shift Safety Professional to administer the site safety program, advise the project team, and ensure safety compliance on the Missouri project. The role sits primarily on the job site with occasional travel to the office for trainings and meetings, supporting a safety-first culture under Gilbane Building Company.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in safety management or engineering preferred.
• 1–5 years of construction safety management experience.
• BCSP credential.
• Proficient knowledge of OSHA laws, regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Supports safety on a single project with >250 workers or high hazard work.
• Promotes a strong Gilbane safety culture on site.
• Preplans safety through scope reviews and JHA analysis.
• Ensures contractor compliance with safety plans.
• Maintains all safety documentation and records.
• Conducts safety inspections and root-cause reviews.
• Delivers safety training to project teams and clients.
• Investigates accidents/near misses and files reports.
