Job summary

Atimaterials in Wisconsin is seeking an N/C Turning Equipment Setup Relief Operator for 4th shift (Mon-Fri, 11pm-7am) with 60-90 days training on 1st shift (7am-3pm). Responsibilities include setting up and operating CNC turning equipment to manufacture forgings per customer specs, using gauges and measuring tools for accuracy.

The role requires 5+ years CNC operation and setup experience on lathes, plus reading blueprints and GD&T knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years CNC operation experience.
• Minimum 5 years of setup experience on horizontal or vertical lathes.
• Basic reading, math, and measurement comprehension.
• Ability to read instructions and perform simple measurements is critical.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC turning equipment to machine forgings or stock per customer specifications.
• Read instructions and use gauges to verify proper setups and machining operations.
