The role requires 10+ years in CNC machining, ability to adjust programs at the machine, and strong communication with the team.

The position offers a 4/10 schedule (Mon–Thu 6:00 AM–4:00 PM) with potential Friday overtime and a comprehensive benefits package as part of a full-time role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of CNC machining and setup experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive experience setting up and operating multi-axis CNC lathes and swiss machines.
• Proven ability to make program modifications and tool offsets at the machine.
• Experience in short-run manufacturing and frequent setup changeovers.
• Ability to calculate and optimize speeds and feeds for various materials and machining operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience performing detailed in-process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with management and production personnel.
