Job summary

ATI is seeking an N/C Turning Equipment Setup Relief Operator in Cudahy, Wisconsin, for a 4th shift from 11pm to 7am. Training on 1st shift (7am-3pm) for 60-90 days is provided.

The role focuses on setting up and operating various production machine tools to machine forgings or stock per customer specs. Applicants should have at least 5 years CNC operation and setup experience on horizontal or vertical lathes, plus strong reading, math, and measurement skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years CNC operation experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of setup experience on horizontal or vertical lathes.
• Basic reading, math, and measurement comprehension.
• Ability to read instructions and perform simple measurements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machine tools to machine forgings or stock according to customer requirements and specifications, using a variety of cutting tools.
• Use hand tools, measuring instruments, and gauges to ensure proper setups and machining operations.
