Job summary

ATI is hiring a skilled N/C Turning Equipment Setup Relief Operator (CNC Turning) in Wisconsin. The 4th shift runs Monday–Friday, 11pm–7am, with 60–90 days training on 1st shift, 7am–3pm.

The role involves setting up and operating turning centers to produce forgings per customer specs, using gauges and precision tools. Qualified candidates have 5+ years CNC operation and setup experience on horizontal/vertical turning centers, strong math/reading, and the ability to read instructions and perform

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of basic machining principles, GD&T, and reading blueprints.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use hand tools, measuring instruments, and gauges.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
