Job summary

ATI is seeking a Small Turning Equipment Operator for a 2nd shift in Wisconsin. Training on 1st shift for 60-90 days, Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm. You will set up and operate production machine tools to machine forgings or stock per customer specs, using a variety of cutting tools and gauges.

The role requires 5+ years turning and setup experience on manual lathes, reading blueprints, and precise measurement. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of turning operation experience.
• 5+ years of setup experience on manual horizontal or vertical lathes.
• Basic reading, math and measurement comprehension.
• The ability to read instructions and perform simple measurements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various production machine tools to machine forgings or stock per requirements.
