Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years CNC operation experience.
• Minimum 5 years of setup experience on horizontal or vertical lathes.
• Ability to read instructions and perform simple measurements.
• Basic reading, math, and measurement comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC turning equipment to machine forgings or stock.
• Read and interpret blueprints to meet customer specifications.
• Use hand tools, measuring instruments, and gauges for proper setups and machining operations.
• Support 4th shift with training on 1st shift for 60–90 days.
