Job summary

Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, is seeking a Nursing Assistant at Good Samaritan - Woodland in Brainerd, MN. The role supports resident care during night shifts (10:00pm–6:30am) with a bi-weekly 32-hour schedule, including every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Hourly pay ranges and incentives are offered, along with a $3,500 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants. Certification in Minnesota or enrollment in a qualifying program is required, with training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Minnesota or attain certification within four months of start.
• Continuing education credits required annually (minimum 12 hours).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility).
• Record vital signs and monitor health status as directed by RN.
• Document resident interactions and communicate changes to charge nurse.
• Support infection prevention and PPE usage per policy.
