Job summary

Sanford Health in Brainerd, Minnesota, is seeking a part-time Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide resident-centered care in a long-term care setting at Good Samaritan - Woodland.

Day shift, 6:00am to 9:00am, with every other weekend and rotating holidays. Must have Minnesota CNA certification or be enrolled to obtain it within four months. Competitive hourly pay and weekend incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• CNA certification with State Board of Nursing, or enrolled to obtain certification within 4 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic health care needs including daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and recording vital signs.
• Assist residents with transfers, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques and equipment; provide ROM exercises.
• Support meals, dining, hydration, and overall nutrition; assist with meals and snacks as needed.

Education
