Job summary

Good Samaritan Woodland in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide resident-centered care during night shifts. The role requires CNA certification (or enrollment within 4 months) and involves assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, and documentation under RN supervision.

Full-time position at 32 hours weekly with night hours 10:00pm–6:30am, weekend rotation, and added shift incentives. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required or pursuing within 4 months.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• Must be able to perform essential nursing assistant tasks and provide daily living support.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and range of motion as per care plan.
• Document resident interactions and changes in condition; communicate with RN and charge nurse.
