The Nursing Assistant provides resident-centered care, assists with daily living activities, records vital signs, and supports the nursing team under RN supervision. The role requires CNA certification and offers a day shift from 6:00am to 9:00am with rotating weekends; additional weekend incentive applies.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required and provided by facility.
• Minimum age 16; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience preferred.
• Yearly competency testing and 12 hours continuing education annually.
• State CNA certification or endorsement in process may be acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and basic health care needs.
• Record vital signs, assist with transfers, and support dining and mobility.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to RN and document care provided.
