Job summary

Sanford Health seeks a Nursing Assistant for Good Samaritan - Woodland in Brainerd, MN. The role covers night shifts (10:00pm–6:30am) with 64 hours bi-weekly, providing resident-centered care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.

Includes on-site duties at a 42-bed long-term facility with infection control and PPE adherence. Requires MN CNA certification (or within 4 months of start) and a willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required and provided by facility.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Minimum age 16; prior clinical or CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist residents with transfers, mobility, and range of motion.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and dining activities.
• Document resident interactions and report changes to the charge nurse.
• Support wellness and recreational programs and participate in committees as needed.
