Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, MN delivers individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. The role collaborates with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care across all phases of health needs.

This full-time, night-shift position (4:00pm–4:30am) includes bi-weekly 72-hour pay periods, weekend rotation, and shift incentives as described.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff within scope of practice.
