Good Samaritan - Woodland in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for night shifts on a part-time schedule. The role includes assisting residents with daily living activities and basic health care under RN supervision, with a focus on compassionate, resident-centered care.

Night shifts run 10:00pm to 6:30am, 16 hours per week, with every other weekend and rotating holidays. Eligible part-timers receive a $3,500 sign-on bonus and bi-weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the Minnesota State Board, or enrolled in a program to obtain certification within four months.
• Experience in long-term care settings is preferred.
• Ability to assist residents with daily living activities and basic health care needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care under RN supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living, meals, and hydration.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Support infection prevention practices and safe transfer techniques.
