Job summary

Sanford Health, a major nonprofit health system, seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for long-term care. You will provide resident-centered nursing care, assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support the care team under RN supervision.

Role requires CNA certification or active enrollment in a certification program, with 12 hours of annual continuing education. Night shifts with every other weekend/holiday scheduling are offered, plus a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred but not required.
• Required CNA certification with State Board or in process of certification within four months.
• Minimum age 16 and prior long-term care experience preferred.
• 12 hours of continuing education annually.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Record and monitor vital signs and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
• Support nurses and care staff with procedures as needed.
