Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Record and monitor vital signs and health observations.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and safe use of equipment.
• Provide meals, hydration support and assist with dining.
• Document resident care and communicate changes to the nursing team.
• Assist with housekeeping and laundry to keep living areas clean.
