Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance in long-term care settings. You will work overnight 7:00pm–7:30am, with 36 scheduled hours weekly and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

CNA certification is required or in process; prior long-term care experience is preferred. The role emphasizes infection control and collaboration with the nursing team.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required or in process
• Minimum age 16
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred

Responsibilities

• The NA provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assists with transferring, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques.
• Documents resident interactions, vital signs and care outcomes.
• Assists residents with meals and dining; provides water and supplements as appropriate.
• Maintains infection prevention and PPE practices and follows care plans.
