Job summary

Sanford Health’s Good Samaritan – Woodland facility seeks a Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide resident-centered care during night shifts. This part-time role supports daily living activities, vital signs, and basic nursing tasks under RN supervision, with emphasis on safety and infection control.

CNA certification in Minnesota or eligibility within 4 months is required or provided by the facility. Offered benefits include a sign-on bonus where eligible, and shift incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified CNA in Minnesota or eligible within 4 months.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred.
• Maintains required continuing education credits.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care under RN supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living and vital signs.
• Assist transfers, positioning, and mobility using proper technique.
• Document care and communicate changes to charge nurse.
• Follow infection prevention and PPE policies.
