Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant for night shifts in a 24-hour per week position in the United States. The role includes care activities, vital signs, and documentation under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Qualifications include CNA certification and preferred long-term care experience. A sign-on bonus and shift incentives are offered, with additional weekend incentives for hours from 6pm to 6am.

Qualifications

• CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement.
• Minimum age of 16.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities: bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and feeding as needed.
• Record vital signs and document resident data as required.
• Provide resident-centered nursing care under RN supervision and monitor changes in condition.
