Responsibilities

• Deliver basic patient care including toileting, bathing, linen changes, hydration, ambulation, and comfort measures.
• Reports and records patient care findings in a timely manner.
• Monitor patients as assigned and coordinate with RN and team for care needs.
• May perform health unit coordinator duties such as answering phones and transcribing orders.
• Follow plan of care and safety policies; participate in emergencies.
