Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Colorado is required.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Basic computer literacy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care tasks as directed (toileting, bathing, feeding, comfort).
• Report patient care findings and data promptly.
• Monitor patient condition and notify RN when changes occur.
• Assist with telemetry and patient transport as needed.
• Collaborate with RN and care team to ensure optimal patient care.
