Qualifications

• Current CNA certification valid in the state of Utah.
• BLS for healthcare providers required at hire.
• CNA training completed; transcript may be requested.

Responsibilities

• Deliver basic patient care: toileting, bathing, linen changes, mobility.
• Document patient findings and data in a timely manner.
• Monitor patient condition and coordinate with RN as needed.
• May perform telemetry duties and act as Health Unit Coordinator when required.
