Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Colorado

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care including toileting, bathing, linen changes, hydration, ambulation and comfort.
• Report and record patient care findings and data promptly.
• Observe patient condition changes and escalate as needed.
• May perform telemetry duties and act as patient care attendant.
• Transport medications to RN and support care teams.
• Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team for optimal care.
• May fulfill Health Unit Coordinator duties if required.
• Implement delegated plans of care within scope of practice.
• Perform specialized procedures with appropriate validation and regulatory standards.
• Maintain a safe environment per policies and emergency procedures.
