Qualifications

• Current Louisiana CNA certification; SNF renewal every 2 years.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with plan of care under supervision of RN.
• Maintain a clean, safe patient care area and units.
• Provide ADL support and daily living activities.
• Document patient information and care tasks accurately.
• Lead and mentor CNA team on unit as assigned.
