Job summary

Banner Health's Page Hospital in Page, AZ seeks a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver compassionate patient care on the night shift (Thu-Sat, 7pm-7:30am). You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, document in the EMR, and support the care team in a small 25-bed facility.

Required are a current CNA in state practice, BLS, and strong communication skills. Prior hospital or clinical experience is preferred and a dedication to patient-centered care is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
• Current BLS certification is required
• Current CNA license in state of practice required
• 1 year of medical clerical experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and computer literacy

Responsibilities

• Provides routine patient care to promote comfort and contribute to the patient plan of care
• Collects vital signs and other data; documents in the EMR
• Recognizes and reports health changes to licensed staff
• Assists with daily living activities and mobility as needed
• Supports unit operations including clerical tasks and supplies management
