Job summary

Banner Casa Grande Medical Center seeks a Patient Care Assistant (CNA) for the Clinical Care Operations unit. The role supports nursing staff, delivers routine patient care, and helps maintain patient records and unit efficiency.

The position operates on a night shift (6:00pm-6:30am) with rotating weekends/holidays, totaling 36 hours per week. A $3,000 hire-on bonus is available for eligible, certified/licensed CNAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Current CNA license in state of practice required for new hires/transfer.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and basic patient hygiene.
• Collect vital signs and other data; document in medical records.
• Report abnormalities to licensed staff and communicate status to care team.
• Perform delegated procedures under supervision (e.g., blood draws, EKG monitoring).
• Assist with unit clerical duties and maintain organized patient records.
