Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Current CNA in state of practice is required for new hires and transfers (Tucson requires CNA).
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card may be required for certain Banner units.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient health.
• Collect vital signs and other data; document in medical records.
• Report abnormalities to licensed professionals and communicate status to care team.
• Assist with procedures and use equipment under supervision.
• Perform receptionist/clerical duties to support unit operations.
• Maintain complete patient records and ensure charting is accessible.
• Manage supplies and order needs; assist with equipment tracking.
• Transport patients as needed and support OR turnover when required.
• Work under supervision in a fast-paced environment with focus on customer service.
