Qualifications

• A minimum age of 16.
• Maintains department specific required certifications and annual continuing education credits.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to residents.
• Record vital signs and monitor residents' condition.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and range of motion exercises.
• Assist with meals and dining; support residents during meals and snacks.
