Good Samaritan in Rapid City, SD is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide resident-centered care during evening shifts. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vitals, and document care under supervision of an RN. Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required, or in process within four months.
• Minimum age 16; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• Annual continuing education: minimum 12 hours; competency testing yearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, meals and mobility.
• Record vital signs and document resident interactions and care outcomes.
• Adhere to infection prevention, PPE usage and driving safety policy as required.
