Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Minimum age of 16.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing or in process of obtaining certification within four months.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, and feeding as needed.
• Record vital signs and report changes to the RN charge nurse.
• Maintain infection prevention and PPE protocols and documentation.
