Qualifications

• CNA certification with the State Board or in process of obtaining certification.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Continuing education requirements: 12 hours yearly and annual competency testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Record vital signs and communicate changes to the RN.
• Assist with feeding and dining experiences; support recreational activities.
